　茂木外相は２７日の記者会見で、東京電力福島第一原子力発電所の「処理水」の海洋放出をめぐり、中国外務省の趙立堅ジャオリージエン副報道局長が葛飾北斎の浮世絵を模した画像をツイッターに投稿したとして、中国側に抗議したうえで削除を求めたことを明らかにした。
