純粋にスポーツ、体操として特化、洗練されればいいのに。

それは日本の柔道、剣道、茶道、華道や"自分たちのサッカー"みたいな
自己実現と絡めるやり方と似ている。

There are certain disciplines of yoga that also incorporate meditation. This is not necessarily

There are some styles of yoga that do seem similar to a religion, and incorporate those
founding principles into the lifestyle of the people practicing those styles. They are
pretty harmless, and usually nice people. Also some of them are in spectacular shape.
Probably they will participate on both this board and the spiritual board. I consider
Jivamukti one of these types of yoga, and there are others. Jivamukti is one of the more
difficult styles of yoga. You will fall down flat on the floor gasping for air the first time
you attend one of their classes. They concentrate on treating animals with respect and
don't eat meat. There is nothing to be scared of.
