Rey is an easy choice for the #1 spot. She is basically a god. She never knew what the force was and thought the jedi were a myth.
She randomly came upon force powers without any training and mastered them quickly defeating a Dark Jedi trained by Luke Skywalker ( Kylo Ren ). She beat Luke in a mini duel in The Last Jedi. She is easily the most powerful Jedi to exist in the movies.
