Susucoin is still unlisted on an exchange, but is currently available to use on the faldax.com web wallet.
Faldax will be listing susucoin with btc pairings (and maybe USD pairings) very soon on their exchange.
I requested the faldax administration to translate their service to Japanese, so it should be easy to use for Japanese speakers.
I hope susucoin can be listed again soon!
