did you read the terms and conditions that you accepted before you signed up for Travelflex? They clearly state that processing may take up to 3 weeks after

the ICO.

We have received a very large amount of orders and we are doing our best to process them as soon as possible.
If you are still waiting for your coins to be credited please be advised that the process can take up to 3 weeks.
