In fact, the main thread to discuss the Guiding Lands on 5ch has been renamed to "The Diarrhea Shit Lands" (it's a pun in Japanese).

Guiding lands: 導きの地 michibiki no chi
Diarrhea shitlands: ビチビチのうん地 bichibichi no unchi
So the pun is in the sound and number of syllables/characters.
