『#MeToo 伊藤詩織さん、パリですべてを語る』

現在世界的ムーブメントになっている #MeToo。レイプ被害を実名で告発したことで各国のメディアから注目されているサバイバー伊藤詩織さんに、同じくジャーナリストで児童性的虐待のサバイバーとして活動するミエ・コヒヤマ氏がパリで尋ねた、彼女が本当に訴えたかったこととは？ 「エル・ジャポン」4月号に掲載されたインタビューを日英二か国語版でお届けする。

フランス在住のジャーナリストで、性暴力に立ち向かうアクティビストのミエコヒヤマさんが、パリで詩織さんと語り合った。共通するものを多くもつ2人はすぐに意気投合し、リラックスした雰囲気のなか、インタビューは3時間近くに及んだ。そこから見えてくるのは日仏の制度の差、そして詩織さんが体験してきた途方もない孤独な闘いの道のりだった。

France-based journalist and sexual assault activist Mie Kohiyama spoke to Shiori Ito in Paris. Sharing many things in common, they spoke to each other without reservation, much like friends would; and through this long interview, which lasted close to 3 hours, we can see the various political and social differences surrounding rape and sexual assault in France and Japan ? and understand the lonely battle that Ms. Ito faced on the long road to justice in the pursuit of truth.
