EULAの禁止事項には指定が無い。但し、個人情報が含まれてれば禁止行為に抵触する。
EULAを厳密に解釈すれば、公開プロフィールがfacebookと連携しているかsteamプロフィールの本名欄にしっかり本名を登録してるなら、BHVRの定める個人情報にあたるので禁止になる。
これらは個人と連絡が取ることのできる情報になるので。
EULAを盾に公開禁止させたいなら、実名無しでメールアドレス（捨てアド）だけ登録してるfacebookアカウントと連携させて「私のsteamアカウントはfacebookと連携しており個人情報を取得でき得るものになっていますので、実況動画では公開しないでください」
…て言えば規約上は通る。
実際に上手くいくのか、BHVRとどれだけのやりとりをすれば強制停止させることができるのかまでは知らん。現実にそれをやった人がいるのかもわからん。
